Company healthcare plan - Health-on-Line
Health-on-Line's company healthcare plan, Company Choice, is designed to help your employees when they most need it, in order to aid a speedy return to work.
Most other insurers will offer your business pre-packaged company healthcare plans that may contain cover that you will never use. But, using Health-on-Line's Company Choice, you'll be able to pick and choose your company healthcare plan from any of nine additional options on top of the standard Essential Cover.
Company healthcare plan benefits
The choices available in your company healthcare plan include:
- Option 1 - Standard Out-patient Cover
- Option 2 - Comprehensive Out-patient Cover
- Option 3 - Therapies
- Option 4 - Psychiatric
- Option 5 - Ancillary Benefits
- Option 6 - Optional Excess
- Option 7 - Dental and Optical Cash Benefit
- Option 8 - Travel Cover
- Option 9 - Cancer Upgrade
You must choose either Option 1 or 2 in your company healthcare plan if you wish to include any of Options 3, 4, or 5.
Menu-based options in your tailored company healthcare plan
If you choose any of options 3, 4 or 5 in your personalised company healthcare plan, we'll include the third option at no additional cost.
Once you have joined with Heath-on-Line, the Group Secretary may cancel your company healthcare policy by contacting us within the cancellation period, which is 14 days following conclusion of contract or 14 days from when you have received your full terms and conditions (whichever is later).
You will then receive a full refund of your premiums, provided that any members insured by the company healthcare plan have not made any eligible claims within the cancellation period.
