Switching Healthcare
Changing PMI providers is easy; however we do need you to agree with the following statements:
1. You aren't currently insured under a corporate private healthcare policy.
2. You don't currently have a private healthcare policy which is underwritten by AXA PPP healthcare.
3. Neither you, nor anyone else to be insured under this private healthcare policy, has had treatment, investigations or tests in hospital or consulted a specialist in the last 12 months (this applies whether the treatment was received privately or under the National Health Service).
4. Neither you, nor anyone else to be insured under this private healthcare policy, has any treatment, investigation or test planned or pending (this applies whether it is to be received privately or under the National Health Service).
If you can agree to the statements above it really couldn't be easier to switch your healthcare to Health-on-Line.
We will need to see your current health insurance certificate, but you can email, fax or post this to us, whichever you prefer!
