- This offer is only available to existing policyholders and does not apply to Intermediaries/Brokers.
- This offer is available to all policyholders who have an active Personal Choice or Company Choice policy arranged by Health-on-Line, where premiums are paid up to date and whose recommendation results in a friend or family member taking out a new Personal Choice policy either online or by calling us directly on 01202 544475.
- In order to qualify for this offer, your membership number and surname must be quoted by your friend/family member at the time they arrange their private healthcare policy through Health-on-Line (either online or telephone 01202 544445). You will find your membership number in your welcome or renewal pack.
- There are no alternatives to £50.
- The reward will only be issued if the recommended persons have not been previously insured under a Personal Choice policy in the 3 months prior to the policy inception date.
- There are no limits to the number of recommendations that can be made. However, this offer is limited to one amount of £50 per introduced household.
- The offer amount will be issued within 30 days of collection of the first payment of the new policy.
- Health-on-Line reserves the right to remove or amend this offer at any time without notice.
- This is an annual policy and should the introduced policy cancel within this period, we reserve the right to reclaim the value of the monies issued (£50 per policy).
