Health-on-Line IT Team recognised locally at Dorset Business Awards

Shortlisted to the final three for ‘Top Team of the Year’ at Dorset Business Awards 2015, Health-on-Line’s IT Team have once again demonstrated their capability.

One of the fastest growing local companies on the South Coast, Health-on-Line, have been commended for a third year running by the Dorset Business Awards, this year for their IT team, which has grown from 5 members, to currently 50 within the last four years.

Shortlisted for their impressive expansion, excellent development work and culture created, the Health-on-Line IT team not only build, develop and maintain all systems in their Bournemouth-based office, but within the last year have now been made responsible for assisting the wider group of AXA PPP healthcare, servicing over 1000 users.

Neil Bennett, IT Director at Health-on-Line says: “We are proud to have been shortlisted for this award – which is testament to the work ethic of individuals within our IT team. The team has seen a complete transformation within the last four years, being acknowledged as one of the leading IT development areas within Health-on-Line. This responsibility has enabled dramatic monetary investment and expansion in the IT area, to make it a leading department, however I am also proud that we have managed to maintain our family culture despite such growth”.

This year, the teams reputation has also grown nationally outside of Health-on-Line and AXA, with development work undertaken on behalf of MoneySuperMarket. Additionally, the IT team have gained national recognition for Health-on-Line’s website at the Your Money Awards as ‘Best Online Healthcare Provider 2015’.
