Staff from Health-on-Line’s office in Bournemouth are the stars of its latest campaign to recruit talented and passionate individuals to join its expanding teams.
It’s not every day you are invited by your employer to take part in a professional photo shoot, or filming to promote the Company’s latest vacancies. But Health-on-Line like to stand out from the crowd in their recruitment marketing, as well as in their business model. This campaign, designed to recruit at least 30 sales consultants, as well as fill other expanding areas of the business, focuses on the individual qualities that its staff believe are key to being successful. These individual qualities include focus, drive, ambition, motivation and passion.
As a part of this recruitment campaign Health-on-Line have also released a viral motivational video on their Facebook page (facebook.com/iwantyourjob) challenging those individuals who settle for roles not fulfilling them. A series of billboards have also been released across Bournemouth and Poole, each promoting qualities of success from individuals around the business.
As well as showcasing it’s staff’s achievements inside of work, the Company has also highlighted their own personal success outside of the office, through a series of blogs ‘What my hobby has taught me about my career’ – ranging from golf to health and wellbeing. The latest campaign is an evolution from one at the start of the year, using American Football to emphasize the importance of having attributes similar to an athlete.
Since its initial launch in 2000 private medical insurer, Health-on-Line has seen phenomenal growth and still continues to be one of the largest recruiters within Bournemouth. Having gone from 80 employees in 2012 to over 400 in 2016 the Company has gone from strength to strength since being part of AXA, and is now regarded as the individual centre of excellence within the Group.
