Private medical insurer, Health-on-Line was crowned ‘Best Online Healthcare Provider’ at this year’s 20th Anniversary Your Money Awards at the Merchant Taylors Hall in central London, on Thursday 20th July.
Now in its landmark 20th year, the YourMoney.com awards are the longest-standing consumer finance awards in the UK, with 40 categories, designed to recognise achievements from across the financial sector, including Banking and Saving, Retirement, Insurance and Investment.
As well as their extensive products and service, winners were judged on their achievements, innovation and quality in financial services during the last 12-months.
Each award entree undergoes a rigorous judging process; this is based on a number of factors, including the competitiveness of price and structure. Once shortlisted the entrants will then be judged by a panel of Your Money readers, who will mystery shop each company and benchmark the quality of service that is provided in each category.
Fiona Carter, Brand & Marketing Manager for Health-on-Line, who collected the award along with representatives from Health-on-Line’s marketing, sales, claims and IT teams said:
“We are delighted to have been awarded ‘Best Online Healthcare Provider’ for a fourth year running!
"As one of the fastest growing health insurers in UK, this award recognises that the customer service we offer has remained central, despite the growth of our business – providing a simple online solution, as well as offline support from our sales teams. This award therefore is credit to all employees at Health-on-Line who help us maintain this level of service for our customers”.
Health-on-Line has developed its product offering for customers substantially within the past year, launching new additional options to its cover both online and offline; including a virtual GP service called Doctor@Hand and attractive discounts such as 50% off a PureGym membership.
The lavish ceremony was attended by well-known brands from across various financial services, with the likes of AXA PPP healthcare, Lloyds Bank, Direct Line and Post Office Money also winning awards.
