Health-on-Line wins at National awards for a third year running

Health insurer, Health-on-Line were crowned ‘Best Online Healthcare Provider’ at the prestigious Your Money Awards 2016 in Gibson Hall, central London, on Thursday 21^st July.

Now in its 19th year, the Your Money awards are the longest-standing consumer finance awards in the UK, with 40 categories, designed to recognise achievements from across the financial sector, including Banking and Saving, Retirement, Insurance and Investment.

As well as their extensive products and service, winners were judged on their achievements, innovation and quality in financial services during the last 12-months.

Judged based on a mystery shopping process, Health-on-Line scooped the award from a record number of entries, to win Best Online Healthcare Provider for the third consecutive year running.

Fiona Carter, Brand and Marketing Manager for Health-on-Line, who collected the award along with representatives from Health-on-Line’s sales team said:

Health-on-Line has developed its online solution for customers substantially within the past year, launching its online member portal, Customer Online – designed to help customers manage their policy online.

With the facility to track status of claims, amend their policy details, view documents and have exclusive access to member discounts, this portal has received excellent feedback from customers, and is continually being enhanced to produce additional functionality.

The lavish ceremony was attended by well-known brands from across various financial services, with the likes of AXA PPP healthcare, Lloyds Bank, Direct Line and Post Office Money also winning awards.
