Insurer proudly recruits 54 new staff

Bournemouth-based insurer Health-on-Line recruits a further 54 staff within 2 months as a result of its latest recruitment drive.

Following their recent recruitment drive, local health insurer Health-on-Line has proudly welcomed 54 new starters, who will be joining its sales, claims and customer service teams, as well as opening up a satellite office in Bristol to keep up with business expansion.

This year’s campaign has seen the Company highlight the key benefits of working there and how it really can transform your life as well as your career, as told through the experiences of its employees. For Louis, Sales Manager, it was the ability to buy a house at the age of 26, for Kingsley it was the ability to afford to visit six continents in 2016 and for Fiona it was the opportunity to have three promotions in 5 years; an achievement which they feel wouldn’t be possible without their careers at Health-on-Line.

Since its initial launch in 2000 private medical insurer, Health-on-Line has seen phenomenal growth and still continues to be one of the largest recruiters within Bournemouth. Having gone from 80 employees in 2012 to over 450 in 2017 the Company has gone from strength to strength since being part of AXA, and is now regarded as the individual centre of excellence for Sales within the Group.
