New Website Launched!

Bournemouth based health-insurance company – Health-on-Line has released their newly developed website this week, offering their customers enhanced services online, as well as evolving their brand image.

In line with their commitment to customers, Health-on-Line has spent time gaining direct feedback, in order to provide an embellished online service, and to complement the highly-acclaimed phone support Health-on-Line offer. With access to personal policy documents digitally, the new website will also promote innovative digital concepts, designed to keep customers update to date on their health – such as an interactive smoking lung, showing the results smoking can have in your body.

Health-on-Line has recently been recognised for the excellent customer service that they offer to customers – being a finalist in the Dorset Business Awards for Excellence in Customer Service, as well as winning the ‘Best Online Healthcare Provider’ earlier this year at the national Your Money Awards. However, as well as providing an enhanced customer experience, Health-on-Line is also portraying themselves in a new light on this website, using fresh, warm imagery to promote a modern and credible brand.
