We won’t pay for cancer treatment. You’ll use the NHS instead, or pay for the treatment yourself. During treatment, if your specialist wants to use a licensed cancer drug which is approved for your treatment but that the NHS won’t pay for, we’ll pay for that drug and the cost of giving you the drug. (This doesn’t include out-patient drugs as they aren’t covered).
The same cover as ‘Treatment option with NHS Cancer Support’, plus we will pay for cancer treatment, including chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

There are two levels of travel cover offered by AXA Health. These give cover towards emergency medical treatment abroad.

The higher your excess, the lower your price. You can choose the level of excess required for each employee – from £0, all the way up to £750.
Your employees or their family members pay this amount if they make a claim. It only needs to be paid once per person in each plan year.
Please note an excess is not available for some cover options. You can speak to our Account Managers to find out which options can be taken out with an excess.
