Here at Health-on-Line we’re looking for experienced and successful Sales Consultants to join our fantastic Private Medical Insurance (PMI) team. Your role will be to contact warm leads to explain our products and find a tailored solution for our customers. Our Sales Consultants are given second-to-none support and coaching from our team managers and sales managers – we’re incredibly proud of our strong management team and the wealth of experience they bring to Health-on-Line.

What will I be doing?

We’ve implemented lots of positive changes across the department to give you the best working environment possible, and the best rewards to reflect your hard work.

The majority of your day will be spent on the phone building rapport with customers taking an empathetic approach (as medical experiences can be a sensitive topic), so you’ll need to enjoy speaking to people!

The team typically work 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday with some 9am-6pm shifts.

We’re looking for people with proven sales experience within regulated environments. Our highly competitive basic salary banding is between £24,000 and £35,000 basic - dependent on your experience. To achieve the higher end of the salary banding you will have solid and proven experience within a PMI Sales role. In addition to this generous salary we also have a fantastic bonus structure of up to £35,000 so we’re looking for customer focussed people who like to be rewarded well for their success!

How will we help you become a top performer?

All our new starters go through a detailed and thorough training programme delivered by our knowledgeable training team. This will be in a classroom environment where you’ll meet your new colleagues and learn everything you need to know about our company and products. Once your training has finished you’ll move to your team where you’ll spend some time shadowing a top performer before you’re ready to go live on the phones.

We really want to help you be the best, so we’ll offer ongoing coaching and training sessions, whether it be role plays with your managers or listening to calls from our top sales consultants. All we ask is that you bring the right attitude and be willing to learn and work hard!
