Sales and Operations Trainer Description

Health-on-Line prides itself on the in-depth training and ongoing support it offers to new starters and existing staff. The delivery of this training is adapted to the specific needs and requirements of each department across the business. The training we provide currently covers the products we offer, systems, sales techniques, compliance and the processes used throughout the company.

Within this role you will need to be able to adapt your approach to training to suit the individuals you are working with, as well as the type of information and support you are offering. You will need to work well and build good relationships with all of your colleagues, as well as applying a proactive approach to build your level of knowledge across all areas.

What will I be doing?

You will be delivering training workshops to both new and existing staff and overseeing assessments for these. You’ll be producing and preparing a wide variety of training materials whilst offering ad-hoc training support across the business. This could be as a result of regulatory changes that have come into practice.

The role will require you to frequently liaise and partner with staff throughout the business with the aim to provide the highest standard of training for all departments. You will need to work as a team to plan and organise training strategies and undertake both long and short term training projects.

The team work 35 hours per week, usually 9am-5pm.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills with a confident manner and approach. A strong and positive work ethic is key, along with enthusiasm to learn and share knowledge with others. This role will require you to be confident in making decisions and giving instructions, both verbally and written. As you will be delivering workshops you will need to be confident delivering presentations using PowerPoint to small and large groups. We’re looking for someone who can make training fun and engaging and be able to incorporate a variety of training methods to achieve the best learning outcome for all. We’d love to see a willingness to go the extra mile for those who need additional support.
