Health-on-Line prides itself on the level of service and professionalism we offer to our customers and this role will require you to put customer needs at the heart of everything you do.
You will be outbound calling warm leads generated via the SunLife website, to the over 50 age group. The focus of the role will be to generate business from the leads provided to you.
As our SunLife Sales Consultant you will need to apply a sensitive approach and demonstrate empathy, when dealing with the sometimes delicate subject of life insurance. You will provide customers with accurate quotations and policy information, taking into account all company and FCA guidelines. You will match any customer concerns and requirements and provide effective solutions to meet their needs.
You’ll be working within an open plan office environment. Our opening hours are between 8am-8pm, and you’ll be working a 40 hour week, usually 9am-6pm.
You will be responsible for the management of your leads so it’s essential you are motivated with the ability to manage your time effectively.
To help you succeed in this role you will need a great work ethic and positive attitude. Objection handling skills are also very important, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
This can be a high pressured role so it’s key you can work well under pressure and remain effective.
