Learning & Development

Development is hugely important to us at Health-on-Line, which is why over 80% of our managers have been promoted internally. We believe in investing, developing and rewarding our staff for the fantastic work they do.

What to expect when you join?

All new starters will undergo a comprehensive induction programme, based in a classroom environment to learn all about our ethos, and the products we sell. From there, you will go into your departments and be given separate training from your manager.

Ongoing training opportunities

There are regular training sessions, across all departments at Health-on-Line, that allow our employees to keep up to date with product changes, learn about new procedures within the company and refresh their knowledge of industry wide concepts. In addition to this, there are also opportunities for employees to complete NVQ courses in different areas through Learndirect, a recognised and respected company who support individuals to enhance their skill set. For those aspiring managers, Health-on-Line also ran a Leadership Academy in 2015 which involved 20 junior managers.
