1. Try private/incognito browsing mode

If you are using Safari on an iPhone or iPad

Open Safari
Select the tabs icon (three dots and three lines) in the bottom-right of your screen
Swipe to the 'Private' tab and search for www.health-on-line.co.uk/my-account-login

If you are using Chrome

Open Chrome
Tap the three dot icon in the bottom-right of your screen
Select ‘New Incognito tab’ and search for www.health-on-line.co.uk/my-account-login

 

If you are using Microsoft Edge

Open Microsoft Edge
Select the 'Settings and More' icon (three dots)
Then 'New InPrivate window' and search for www.health-on-line.co.uk/my-account-login

2. Try using a desktop or laptop instead of a mobile device
