Avocado Berry Smoothie
• ½ cup of strawberries
• ½ cup of blueberries
• ½ small avocado
• 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
• 1 handful of spinach
• 1 1/3 cup of almond milk
Simply tip all ingredients into your blender or food processor and whizz until you have a smooth consistency.
