Health-on-Line Excel in Customer Service

Health-on-Line is delighted to have been shortlisted for the Nuffield Excellence in Customer Service Award at the Dorset Business Awards 2014. A record number of entries were received for the awards’ 20th anniversary year, with winners to be announced on Thursday 27th November at the sold out Gala Dinner. Health-on-Line is one of three finalists chosen and was required to demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service across their business.

As a provider of innovative modular insurance policies that are flexible and tailored to individual needs, Health-on-Line has proven that they are truly customer focused with a Feefo customer satisfaction score of 97%. From building IT systems in-house which are agile to changing customer needs, to providing regular training and assessments to staff, which optimise customer experience, including Customer Care NVQ qualifications at Bournemouth and Poole College.
