Local Business Wins at National Awards

The winners of the Your Money Awards 2014 were revealed at a ceremony at the Merchant Taylors’ Hall in the City of London last week, with Bournemouth-based company Health-on-Line being the proud winners of ‘Best Online Healthcare Provider’. This new category for the Your Money Awards was based not only on the services provided to consumers over the internet, but on the subsequent contact with staff after that point, and demonstrates the level of customer care that is provided by Health-on-Line.

As well as market leading service, winners are also judged to have offered the most competitively-priced products over the previous 12 months. The awards, which are of national recognition, take into account all areas of finance from health insurance to mortgages, and saw companies such as Tesco, John Lewis and Nationwide also receive awards.

Health-on-Line were shortlisted down from a number of entrants to this category, with the final 5 being judged via mystery shopping over the last few months. Fiona Carter, Brand & Marketing Manager for Health-on-Line, who collected the award along with representatives from IT and Sales, expressed her delight,
