Health-on-Line receives national customer service award

Health-on-Line awarded Gold Trusted Merchant status by Feefo for fantastic customer service, as voted for by customers

Bournemouth-based company, Health-on-Line received the top accolade from national independent review site, Feefo, for achieving over a 95% service satisfaction rating from customers during 2014. Their trading style, InsureMe-on-Line also received the award – currently holding a 99% service rating as recognised by over 650 customer reviews.

This award was voted for by Health-on-Line customers, rather than industry judges, and therefore gains additional credibility. Health-on-Line has worked in partnership with Feefo since May 2014, who also provides customers the opportunity to leave reviews for over 2000 other companies. Customers are sent an email from Feefo a day after purchasing a product from their chosen company, and then asked to rate their experience of the company, as well as leave a review.

This is not the first time Health-on-Line has been recognised for its outstanding customer service – the company is currently rated top of all direct PMI providers on the Review Centre, as well as scoring the highest amongst competitors for their empathetic approach to sales.
