Health-on-Line and InsureMe-on-Line awarded national customer service accreditation

Health-on-Line and InsureMe-on-Line awarded Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation by global feedback engine, Feefo.  

Bournemouth-based insurers, Health-on-Line and InsureMe-on-Line have recently received a top accolade from national independent review site, Feefo, for achieving a consistently high service satisfaction rating from customers during 2015.

Health-on-Line and InsureMe-on-Line have worked in partnership with Feefo since May 2014, who provide customers with the opportunity to leave reviews for over 2000 other companies. Customers are sent an email from Feefo a day after purchasing a product from their chosen company, and then asked to rate their experience of the company, as well as leave a review.
