Nuffield Health - Up to 40% discount

When you purchase a Health-on-Line policy, you’ll be entitled to a Health Assessment with Nuffield Health at a 25% discounted rate. Each assessment includes a tailored range of tests and the opportunity to discuss any particular personal concerns or health issues with an experienced doctor.
Health-at-Hand is our free helpline, provides direct telephone access to medical professionals such as nurses, midwives, counsellors and pharmacists who are all experts in their field. They don’t diagnose or prescribe medication, but they do provide medical information and support, the latest information about medicines and illnesses, as well as reassurance and guidance. The line is open 24 hours a day, every day, so there’s always someone you can talk to.
Customer Online is our online portal designed with you in mind. All your key documents relating to your policy can be stored in one central place - meaning if you ever need to access information quickly, you know where to go. Customer Online allows you to manage your health insurance in a few simple clicks, from wherever you happen to be.
