Health-on-Line is proud to be sponsoring the 2018 Bournemouth Bay Run, in association with the British Heart Foundation.
Taking place on Sunday 8th April 2018, the Health-on-Line Bournemouth Bay Run is set to welcome over 4,500 runners. With applications now open for sign up, participants can choose from a variety of distances; including a Half Marathon, 10k, 5k or a 1k Children's Fun Run with all routes taking runners along Bournemouth’s award-winning coastline.
Now in its 36th year, Bournemouth Bay Run organisers are encouraging participants and children to become heroes for the day with a #beyourownhero superhero fancy dress theme.
Fiona Carter, Brand & Marketing Manager at Health-on-Line said:
“We are delighted to be sponsoring the Bournemouth Bay Run in 2018, and our very own superhero, Super Health-on-Line Man will be there on the day. He’ll be helping to raise additional funds and awareness of the British Heart Foundation as well as complementing our mission to create a healthier Bournemouth community in 2018.”
As part of our sponsorship we will have a stand within the Bournemouth Bay Run Race Village located at Pier Approach, which can be found just yards from the finish line.
The stand will be a hub of activity throughout the day with plenty of free giveaways and representatives on hand to talk about our health insurance products as well as our ambitions to help Britain stay healthy. Health-on-Line staff will also be on hand to man our very own hydration station; located on Southbourne’s beach promenade where you’ll find us providing some much-needed water for the runners as well as cheering them on.
The Health-on-Line Bournemouth Bay Run welcomes people of all ages and levels of ability to join a fun run along our beautiful seafront. Don’t miss a chance to do your bit for a fantastic cause – sign-up deadline is the 23rd March at 4pm. Choose your race here: https://www.bhf.org.uk/bayrun.
