Health-on-Line employees are the face of its latest recruitment campaign, to attract talented and passionate individuals to join one of the fastest growing health insurers in the UK.
‘Careers that have transformed lives’, a bold statement to make but this is the latest theme behind Health-on-Line’s recruitment drive.
This year’s campaign will see the health insurer highlight the key benefits of working there and how it really can change your life, as told through the experiences of its employees. For Louis, Sales Manager, it was the ability to buy a house at the age of 26, for Kingsley it was the ability to afford to visit six continents in 2016 and for Fiona it was the opportunity to have three promotions in 4 years; an achievement which they feel wouldn’t be possible without their careers at Health-on-Line.
Vicky Capron, HR & Recruitment Managerat Health-on-Line said:
“It’s not every day you’re asked by your employer to be the voice of its recruitment drive but at Health-on-Line we enjoy celebrating the individual success our staff have experienced. Whether you work in sales or within one of our many administrative departments, at Health-on-Line you can benefit from a lifestyle changing career. For some it may be literally the job satisfaction of helping our customers getting their health back on track or for others it can be the rewarding bonuses.”
This recruitment campaign running throughout March and April aims to attract a variety of candidates to fill the roles available – from sales agents, to vacancies in Claims and HR. Adverts will be set to appear throughout Bournemouth and Poole in the next few weeks, as well as heavy social media campaign.
Health-on-Line has previously been commended for its creative recruitment campaigns, after being announced as a finalist in the Marketing & PR award category at the Dorset Venus Awards in 2016. Since its initial launch in 2000 private medical insurer, Health-on-Line has seen phenomenal growth and still continues to be one of the largest recruiters within Bournemouth. Having gone from 80 employees in 2012 to over 400 in 2017 the Company has gone from strength to strength since being part of AXA, and is now regarded as the individual centre of excellence within the Group.
