Staff to star in recruitment ads

Health-on-Line employees are the face of its latest recruitment campaign, to attract talented and passionate individuals to join one of the fastest growing health insurers in the UK.

‘Careers that have transformed lives’, a bold statement to make but this is the latest theme behind Health-on-Line’s recruitment drive.

This year’s campaign will see the health insurer highlight the key benefits of working there and how it really can change your life, as told through the experiences of its employees.

For Louis, Sales Manager, it was the ability to buy a house at the age of 26, for Kingsley it was the ability to afford to visit six continents in 2016 and for Fiona it was the opportunity to have three promotions in 4 years; an achievement which they feel wouldn’t be possible without their careers at Health-on-Line.

This recruitment campaign aims to attract a variety of candidates to fill the roles available – from sales agents, to vacancies in Claims and HR. Adverts will be set to appear throughout Bournemouth and Poole in the next few weeks, as well as through social media.

Health-on-Line has previously been commended for its creative recruitment campaigns, after being announced as a finalist in the Marketing & PR award category at the Dorset Venus Awards in 2016.

Since its initial launch in 2000 private medical insurer, Health-on-Line has seen phenomenal growth and still continues to be one of the largest recruiters within Bournemouth. Having gone from 80 employees in 2012 to over 500 in 2019 the company has gone from strength to strength since being part of AXA, and is now regarded as the individual centre of excellence within the Group.
