What isn't covered?

Misunderstanding what is and isn't covered by private health insurance cover is more common than you might think! The last thing anyone wants is to make a claim, only to find out that you won't be covered. While this sometimes can't be avoided, we like to be as upfront as possible about the extent of your policy.

Our policies cover you for treatment of new medical conditions that you get after you join. It doesn't generally cover you for treatment of medical conditions that existed or that you had symptoms of before joining. Other treatment excluded is normal healthy pregnancy, conditions arising from professional sport, and any experimental procedures.

    “I just purchased the policy with Health-on-line, but not rec'd the official doc. yet. (it take 48 hours) The overall experience was great! Actually we request the quote from "Compare the market" .com. We rec'd multiple calls and quotes from diff. brokers. Health-on-Line is the only one can provide very detail explanation to us, answered all our concerns. instead of others just sent us proposal but not able to answer our questions.
